On terms of the Energy saving: there is definitely energy saving. We did two pilot projects in the Northern Canada. What we have seen in our overall energy consumption that it's greatly reduced by switching to the Panama green over a traditional self-contained unit or conventional unit.

The nice thing with the Panama green is that you have the cassette and if you've got a three-door Panama green, you will have three cassettes. Instead of sending a technician to take a look, we usually keep cassettes on site. It takes 15-20 minutes to change it and you back in business. The cost of cassettes is not expensive, so it's affordable to keep one or two cassettes on site.

The big benefit with the Panama Green is the maintenance – It can be done in loco with local expertise. A local handy man can change the cassettes simply watching the video that Novum provided us that shows how to change a cassette.

I really like the Panama green, also because when you have a three-door unit and three cassettes on the top, if one cassette goes down, you don't experience a drastically increase of temperature in the case because you still have two other cassettes that are running trying to maintain to get that temperature; so, you're not losing all this food.
